If you received the goods from an Omniva or ItellaSmartpost parcel machine, you have the opportunity to return the goods using the parcel machine of the same company.
For SmartPost, use the same door code that was sent to you by phone or e-mail to receive the goods.
For Omniva, use the return code that Omniva will send you with the return code.
When returning the goods to BerryShop OÜ, we guarantee the return of the entire purchase amount and transport fee paid by you within 21 days after receiving the withdrawal application, provided that the goods have been returned to BerryShop. on the basis of the price list of the transport company providing the service (For example: Omniva, SmartPost, etc.).
NB! Remember that the return code is only valid for 14 days after receiving the parcel from the parcel machine.
If you want to return the goods by DPD parcel machine or Omniva and Venipak courier
If you have received the goods with DPD, you must take into account that the shipping cost of the return may be higher than the shipping cost of completing the order. You also have the right to return the goods at your own expense, but BerryShop will not refund them. BerryShop has the right to set off the transport cost of returning the goods with the amount paid for the goods by the user and to be returned.
If you want to return the goods using the DPD, Omniva or Venipak service, please contact BerryShop.eu customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org in advance. Returning the goods using the courier service is chargeable to the returner. BerryShop OÜ has the right to demand compensation from the user for the transport costs of returning the goods on the basis of the price list of the transport company providing the return service. BerryShop has the right to set off the transport cost of returning the goods with the amount paid by the user for the goods under the sales contract and to be returned.
The buyer can return the goods purchased from the BerryShop OÜ e-store within 14 days of receiving the goods.
